Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and sbotop concerning your access to this website and any related sports betting, casino information, account features or promotional content. By visiting sbotop, registering an account or continuing to use an available service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration and Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your username, password and one-time security codes. You must not disclose them to family members, friends, agents or support impersonators. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made with legitimate funds through an available payment method held in your own name. Supported options may include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay or transfers involving Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, but references to these brands do not guarantee current availability for every user.

Minimum and maximum transaction values, fees, processing times and verification requirements will be shown where applicable. sbotop may request evidence of payment ownership and source of funds before accepting a deposit or permitting further account activity. Cash advances, chargeback abuse and third-party funding are prohibited.

• Deposited funds are intended for genuine recreational play and not as a money-transfer facility.
• Incorrect payment details may cause a delay or rejection.
• Currency conversion charges imposed by a bank or wallet provider remain the user's responsibility.
• A deposit may be returned to its source when required for security or compliance reasons.

Withdrawals and Verification

Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

Every sbotop bonus is governed by its published eligibility criteria, minimum deposit, qualifying products, wagering requirement, maximum stake, validity period and withdrawal limit. You must review the relevant promotion rules before opting in. A promotional value does not represent guaranteed cash or profit.

sbotop may withhold or cancel a reward where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, opposite-side wagering, low-risk bonus manipulation, false referral activity or another attempt to obtain an unintended advantage. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, rewards cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged outside the stated redemption process.

• Withdrawals made before completion may cancel remaining promotional funds.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

A wager becomes valid only when accepted and recorded by the sbotop system. Users must check the selected market, odds, stake and potential settlement before confirming a wager. Odds may change before acceptance, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and other in-play events.

Sports wagers will be settled according to the official result and applicable market rules. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect participants, technical faults or events displayed after the outcome is known may result in a wager being voided. Casino games are governed by their displayed rules, paytable, RTP information and provider procedures.

Interruptions do not automatically entitle a user to winnings. Where a game round was validly completed on the provider's server, the recorded result will generally stand. Where no valid result exists, the affected stake may be returned after investigation.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use sbotop unlawfully, dishonestly or in a manner that compromises other users, game integrity or platform security. Prohibited conduct includes:

• fraud, identity misuse, document alteration, money laundering or payment reversal abuse;
• collusion, automated betting tools, bots, scripts or software intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• exploiting errors, delayed data, mispriced markets or technical vulnerabilities;
• harassing support staff or submitting threatening, abusive or discriminatory communications;
• attempting to bypass geographic, age, KYC, self-exclusion or account restrictions; and

sbotop may investigate suspected misconduct, restrict affected transactions, void improperly obtained benefits and preserve relevant records. Serious matters may be reported to payment providers or competent authorities where legally required.

Responsible Gambling

You are responsible for setting affordable time and spending limits, monitoring account activity and stopping when gambling is no longer enjoyable. Chasing losses, borrowing money to gamble or concealing activity from people you trust may indicate harmful behaviour.

Availability, Disclaimers and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sbotop will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from lawful account restrictions, user device failure, reliance on estimated processing times or gambling losses resulting from validly accepted wagers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure subject to pending transaction, security and legal retention requirements. sbotop may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, verification remains incomplete, unlawful conduct is suspected, a responsible gambling intervention is appropriate or continued access creates a security risk.

Valid remaining funds will ordinarily be returned after permitted deductions and required reviews. Funds connected to fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse or other prohibited activity may be withheld where authorised by the applicable rules or law. Closure does not remove obligations that arose before termination.

Changes to These Terms

sbotop may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal developments, security requirements, operational changes or new features. The current version will be published on this page with an effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through an account notice where appropriate.

Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with an update, you must stop using sbotop and request account closure in accordance with the applicable process.
